Our Commitment to You

Every piece of epoxy resin art at Sandy Stuart Studios is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are a natural part of the handmade process — and what makes each piece truly unique.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

What Can Be Returned

Returns are accepted on handmade epoxy resin art items under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item received was significantly different from what was described
• You are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital products (ebooks, AI programs, digital art downloads)
• Custom or commissioned pieces made specifically for you
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Sandy within 14 days of delivery at sandy@sandystuartstudios.com or via the Contact page. Please include your order details and the reason for your return.
2. Receive return instructions. Sandy will respond within 2 business days with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
3. Ship the item back. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Receive your refund or exchange. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, or an exchange will be arranged.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $15. Sandy Stuart Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. In these cases, Sandy Stuart Studios will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
